1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Responsibilities

Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or linked payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the player may be closed, and any balance or pending winnings may be voided.

The following general bonus rules apply across all CW99 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only. One bonus per player, per household and per device applies unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• While a bonus is active in your account, maximum bet limits apply. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6Gaming Rules

All Casino games available on cw99 — including Slots, Live Casino tables, Fish Games and other game categories — use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics supplied by established third-party game providers. Game outcomes are entirely determined by chance or by the mechanics of the specific game and cannot be influenced by cw99 or by any player action outside of the normal game interface.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CW99. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Registering more than one account on cw99.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script or artificial intelligence system to place bets, interact with games or manipulate outcomes.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and a balance remains, the treatment of that balance will depend on the nature of the breach.
